The Edge Series
This latest and last series of 2024 is an exploration of minimalism and texture.
By working on smaller, deckled edge paper, I was able to focus on the interplay of ink and acrylic. The raw edge of the paper adds a sense of organic roughness, contrasting with the precise lines and washes of the paint. This combination creates a delicate balance between control and spontaneity, inviting you to appreciate the subtle details and nuances of each piece.
