PRINTS

To be eligible for a return, the artwork must be:

  • In its original condition, undamaged, and in its original packaging.

  • Returned within 14 days of receipt.

Returning the Artwork

  • Notify Us: Please contact us to inform us of your intention to return the artwork.

  • Packaging: Carefully repack the artwork in its original packaging or suitable alternative packaging to protect it during transit.

  • Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of returning the artwork. We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method.

  • Proof of Purchase: Please include a copy of your order confirmation or proof of purchase with the returned artwork.

Refund Process

Once we receive the returned artwork and verify its condition, we will process a full refund to your original payment method. Please allow up to [number] days for the refund to be processed.

Damaged or Faulty Artwork

If you receive damaged or faulty artwork, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, and we may ask you to provide photographic evidence of the damage.
